Multics is intelligent, naturally curious, and loves to enrich her mind through a variety of intellectual pursuits, even though her education isn't as extensive as that of most of her MIT-tan peers. Her academic growth has somewhat taken a backseat to her cultural and magical development.
Being a sorceress was, for the most part, Multics' raison d'être; in fact, to the point that her capacity for sorcery took precedence above her comfort, safety, and general well-being. As a result, Multics saw her magical skills as a bit of a curse—albeit one that was essential to her existence and means of subsistence. Multics-tan was a practitioner of several experimental magics; she was especially adept at creating energy forcefields and had strong psychic powers.

Today I was reminded of the #FreeSoftware versions
of #Multics and the DPS8M Honeywell/Bull mainframe simulator. Like most memories from undergrad, it's probably not as cool as a I remember, but still, tempting.
