Viewed from between highway on and off ramps, the top of the stairwell of a partially demolished multi level parking garage sports a mural of a tuxedoed man blowing a bubble. It is dwarfed by the concrete, steel, and glass towers that have erupted around it and by which, no doubt, it shall be replaced.

Coloured coded doors mark the floors of the nail-like structure of a parking garage stairwell, left behind as the rest of the garage has been torn down. Cyclists stop and wait at the traffic light below.
