Officially, #NordVPN is not supported on the newest #Kodi release. But with help from the #OpenSource community, a generic #VPN Manager for Kodi can be used to successfully connect and use NordVPN on Kodi devices, such as #OSMC or #LibreElec.

@Natanox ne. Den habe ich leider beschlossen mir weg zu sparen dieses Jahr. Evtl ganz spontan wenn nen Ticket frei wird. Aber ich glaube ich brauche das dieses Jahr nicht (auch wenn ich mir das vorgenommen hatte)

Die "Open Source Monitoring Conference" #OSMC findet bald in Nürnberg statt.
In Nürnberg sitzt auch die Firma #Paessler, der Hersteller der Closed Source Monitoring Software #PRTG xD
Gerade vor dem Hintergrund, dass PRTG in den letzten Jahren die Preise massiv angehoben hat für quasi keine Neuerungen, weil sich die Software seit Jahren nicht weiterentwickelt, und viele Kunden jetzt auch FLOSS Alternativen umsteigen...

That's three boxes updated to #trixie now. The last one was a bit of a challenge: I run a reasonably full installation on it, including #GNOME and #TeXLive. Two of my partitions, /var and /, were not quite big enough for the installation, so I needed to move some files around.
At least apt advises you and stops if there's insufficient room for the downloads...
Two boxes left, but neither is pure #Debian : #osmc and #RaspberryPiOS (Debian doesn't run on an #RPi5 yet).
Lennart Betz, Senior #ITAutomation Consultant at betadots, will be one of the speakers at the #OpenSource #Monitoring Conference #OSMC, which will take place in November in Nuremberg, Germany.
He will give a talk on "Auto Discovery with Icinga". In a live demo, he will show the possibilities for automatically recording hosts and services in #icinga Here, the director isn't, and only #OpenVox / #Puppet is used.

Mit einem guten Freund aus Celle durch Hamburg laufen.
Über alte Zeiten, Konferenzen und Bekanntschaften reden.
Die Pflege dieser seltenen Augenblicke ist so wichtig, die sollten wir nie aus den Augen verlieren!
Und dann kam die Idee für einen (neuen) Vortrag auf der #OSMC auf.
Nur fehlt mir bislang ein Thema. Ich mache ja nicht mehr so viel in Richtung Monitoring.
Aber vielleicht könnte ich versuchen unseren Monitoring Stack vorzustellen?
