Promising test with the telescope tracking tonight! 60 second exposure tracking vs no tracking. Still need to incorporate accelerometer and compass data for better initial alignment, but the tracking seems to perform fairly well so far already even without decent alignment. #astronomy #makers #makerspace #raspberrpi

@stfn hi, not my thing, but wanted to say thanks for a clear explanation of "system, purpose, possible uses" rather than "hey I built an nx320 HAT on ESP and the v12s are 100%" that I often see with the #raspberrpi hashtag.

@Raspberry_Pi I don't really get why you would think that having 2 mini-HDMI was such a great idea. Why not replace one of them with USB-C? You could have both second display, but also additional port for other usages.
Replacing both could be even better, as either could be used for a display, and for headless usage they could be used for loads of other applications.

I usually am a big fan of the #raspberrpi and the stack of capabilities it provided to makers and hobbyists. But recently i cannot stand the fact anymore that it is destroying/corrupting sd cards in a frequent manner.
I am not sure wether i will switch to a non sd card mechanism or abandon the platform for my homelab.

Does anyone have similar experience here? I have noticed it on at least 3 of my 6 pis (several models, ranging from 2 to 4).

Anyone know of a nice cheap #SOC #stateofcharge gizmo or trick to provide the SOC of a 2.4kWh 25V #LiFePO4 battery ( which can charge to 28V ) to a #raspberrpi during charging? Cheers!
