In the current #German economy where workers are the scarcity, any group thinking of #striking just shouldn't. The #righttostrike is being massively abused to the detriment of wider society - it is not there as a wage negotiation tool for bonus income that customers have to pay for. The honest solution would be to threaten to resign en mass. If they're not serious they won't risk it all. If they're not worth it, then resign and give other people the chance to earn money they'd be grateful for.
