I normally avoid taking photos of people. But this was an instance of being at the right place at the right time. I love how there is movement in nearly everything. Like I captured a distinct moment in time.

Outside of Saint Andrew’s Chapel at Saint James Cathedral in River North, Chicago, Illinois. I go to church here and this little chapel is quiet and peaceful. We are beginning a bunch of renovations, including getting a new organ soon!

Also, will admit that when I first saw the sign, the song "Closed for Renovations" from "Little Shop of Horrors" popped into my head.

A friend who lives in Tribune Tower invited us to dinner. Before we went to his apartment, he took us up to the top. The building is one of the most striking in the city and sits right on the Magnificent Mile next to the Chicago River.

At Moti Cafe in River North. We often go here after Church on Sunday for Chai and snacks. It is the only place you can get a good authentic chai in Downtown Chicago.

One of the more iconic signs in River North. I took this on Thursday evening on my way to church for Maundy Thursday. I feel lucky to have seen the sign in this light because I am not usually there at this time.

The bridge on Wells Street over the Chicago River on the border of the Loop and River North. The very large building is Merchandise Mart. When it opened in 1930, it was the largest building in the world.

This morning on my way to work a jeep slowly drifted through a stop sign and into the crosswalk. A person on their way to work l, wearing what looked like a nice suit, was crossing the street in front of the jeep. The driver of the jeep noticed their mistake and stopped like hallway into the crosswalk. The professionally dressed walker then began pounding on the hood denting the jeep. Someone isn’t having a good Wednesday 😱.
