Good Thursday morning. Sharing results from last nights planned observations. Starting out with (right side of image) and (left side of image) .

NGC 869 h Persei and NGC 884 x Persei Star Clusters - telescope processed image with Moon and Sky Light Filter.  A magnificent pair of young open star clusters (h Persei and x (chi) Persei) in the constellation Perseus. They are visible to the naked eye as a hazy patch and sparkle with hundreds of hot, blue supergiant stars. NGC 869 h Persei and NGC 884 x Persei Star Clusters - unprocessed image with Moon and Sky Light Filter.  Though over 7,000 light-years away, the Double Cluster is one of the most distant objects you can spot with the naked eye from a dark location.
