When you're maintaining an open source project, you'll encounter two kinds of contributions:
- Those who open a pull request
- And those who say they will contribute
These often turn out to be two very distinct groups.
isnt it funny how #we only #address the funk of others and not our own #contributing #behaviors, and then #dare2say "the world stinks"?

Listen to them, learn from them. Often you'll find that they send out small signals early that just gets ignored.
The ignorance makes their voices louder and by that time it's too late.
