Daylight Savings Update:
5:30pm - my wife has passed out on the sofa. Like deep sleep.

Her ‘circadian rhythm’ is out of whack. She was up at 6am which was really 7am. We all ate breakfast and lunch early. Been a few ticks off all day today.
