There are still some small issues with my current implementation. There is a possibility matching cards are not triggered, locking the whole game. If this happens you can reveal all cards but nothing is getting triggered anymore.
But still a huge achievement that it is starting to work out as planned.

Beim Computerspieleabend mit den Patenkindern sehr gut angekommen: Ultimate Chicken Horse.
Die Spielenden müssen in mehreren Leveln von einem Start- zu einem Zielpunkt gelangen. Jeder Level enthält bereits ein paar vorgegebene Elemente - mit diesen ist die Aufgabe aber nicht zu bewältigen. In mehreren Runden erhalten die Spielenden daher Elemente, die sie in die Szenerie einfügen können, um den Zielpunkt erreichbar zu machen. Treppen, Plattformen, Zirkuskanonen, einen Aufzug … Die eingefügten Elemente bleiben in den Folgerunden einer Szenerie erhalten, diese wird also nach und nach immer voller.
Allerdings gibt es nicht nur konstruktive Elemente, sondern auch Fallen, die bei Kontakt die Runde für eine Spielfigur beenden. Rotierende Kreissägen, Stacheldraht, Wurmlöcher, zerbrochenes Glas, …
Punkte gibt es unter anderem für das Erreichen des Ziels, als Erste:r anzukommen sowie erfolgreich platzierte Fallen. Wenn alle ins Ziel kommen, gibt es keine Punkte und das Spiel attestiert, dass der Level wohl zu einfach war. 😁
Wir hatten großen Spaß dabei, das Ziel (un)erreichbar und den anderen (bzw. in der Regel allen) in immer absurder selbst befüllten Szenerien das Vorankommen möglichst schwer zu machen.
