My body has been failing me for a while now, but it feels like it hasn’t taken a day off for ages.

I now have a swollen little toe, big toe on same foot hurts, and general feet cramping. My thumb is still slightly swollen, my knees are worse. But it’s probably just a #FibroFlare

I’ve got pain relief and compresses, and resting them as much as possible.

I think I need a new doctor.

The amount of stress and anxiety makes my other problems worse, and I feel so sick until it’s done and I’m home. This isn’t just on the day of travel, it’s the days before as well. So yes I’m kind of relieved that I don’t have to go out, but I still have all the bad stuff, with none of the good.

Massive anxiety about travelling today, it doesn’t help that it’s half term and when you’re a home Ed parent, you get used to no kids/people when planning stuff.

I did it though. Train, there and back. Got to my sisters in time to look after my nephew, while she took my niece and nephew to the dentist.

I am shattered, and everything hurts more than usual, but glad I got out I guess.

I was already anxious about traveling tomorrow, now there are time constraints, and I’m not sure if I can go now.

I’d also decided to get the train if I go, cos that’s only 20 mins, instead of 45/80 mins on coach, which I can’t do because of OAB and coach toilets. I hate train journeys, especially solo ones.
