Clearly #OHSU customer service is playing the pass the puck game with regards to my reaching out fed up with them not changing my name. I wrote to the email that I was given only to get an automatic response that it's some sort of care team referral service huh? About right now I'm just about ready to walk away from OHSU and all my medical records- it's been nearly two years and multiple attempts with documentation. There's no excuse good enough any more.
