Migrated one of the projects to Swift6... And fixed compatibility issues with macOS/iOS 26. Not going lie.. It was a painful experience. But I am glad that I did it. Sure migrating all other apps will be easier.

Eigentlich wollte ich, weil es mir gerade wieder mal als sehr praktisch auffiel, auf das schöne Dienstprogramm McFly - github.com/cantino/mcfly - für die Kommandozeilenhistorie hinweisen. Eingegebene Befehle werden in einer Datenbank gesammelt und lassen sich mittels [Strg][R] im Kontext der zuletzt verwendeten Befehle und des aktuellen Verzeichnisses durchsuchen. Da kommt zielsicher Nützliches wieder zum Vorschein.
Habe ich aber vor rund 8 Monaten schon mal getan. Na gut, dann halt nicht. 🙂

Seit Jahren auf meinen Rechnern guter Partner bei der Suche nach verschollenen Kommandos aus besseren bzw. vergessenen Zeiten …
Aus der Selbstbeschreibung des Projekts: „McFly replaces your default ctrl-r shell history search with an intelligent search engine that takes into account your working directory and the context of recently executed commands. (Wie ich gerade selbst erst sehe, soll mit der Version 0.9.0 das ab Kernel 6.2 ggf. erforderliche Aktivieren von TIOCSTI mittels dev.tty.legacy_tiocsti=1 nicht mehr notwendig sein. Gute Sache.)

Btw my favorite shortcut in #fish shell, is spacebar. If you start a command with spacebar, that command won't appear in history.
