In den US-Entwicklerstudios regiert der Zwang zum Output: Festangestellte Programmierer müssen liefern – egal wie gestört die „Verschlimmbesserung“ ist. Wer blind updatet, spielt russisches Roulette mit seiner Produktivität.

Firstly, if it takes minutes, then say 90%, not 100%. Secondly, I have no part in this upgrade, so it's inaccurate to say "You're …". Try this:
