I'm still trying to submit my camera-ready version of my workshop paper to #ACM #TAPS. The platform comes up with new errors every time I upload something. The support does not react to my tickets or closes them without any help and I haven't heard from the conference chairs either. This is really frustrating and I would like to spend my time on more constructive work. I understand that such platforms are intended to save time and effort, but I don't believe that any party involved benefits from this if the process is so error-prone.

For testing purposes, I have uploaded the #ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) template—no changes—to #TAPS. It comes back with the same errors, not building at all. Some might think they would test their system with their own templates.

I now try for 5 days to get a workshop paper that was accepted into #ACM #TAPS ... I don't want to be rude or insulting ... There is just so much wrong with this application.
