The international #REDD+ program aims at reducing #deforestation and #forestdegradation in #developingcountries, to reduce #CO2 #emissions and #climate change. I'm currently thinking about the tensions in 'pluralist democracy'. How the majority voice has the power. Does anyone have any reading suggestions for someone who is not from a political science background?

@suguru hi. I've been wondering this. Those born since the 90s didn't experience KR or the civil war. And KR is largely unspoken about by those who lived through it. There does seem to be a different dynamic amongst the youth. I think, similar to Myanmar, they are more connected, digitally, to the outside, and less willing to accept the status quo. But they are still relying on the older generation financially, or for jobs. So I'm curious to see what happens going forward.
