The best method to quiet my overthinking brain is getting a tattoo.
Guess what I'm doing today đ„°
Sessista, machista mansplainer e incel.
Fortunatamente non saremo soli.
Come fare?
Have been using key tags to label usb sticks for a few years now. Colors indicate categories, such as black being for installer images, etc.
The biggest problems are remembering to update the tags when the usb sticks are updated and making and updating label inserts.
There are all sorts of different sized, shaped, styled tags of plastic, metal, wood, etc., and rfid/nfc, of course.
Amen. Finally some truth telling re adhd from a mainstream media outlet

Saddle the Memes of War !!! Where are those bastards of HDMI cables when you need them and have to go to the stores!
Where are my shoes?

It's just like that.
as a neurodivergent person, i often fail to realise that i tend to come across as rude or angry when I'm not paying attention to how i speak. and when i don't speak a language too well or when I'm out of practice, I'm especially prone to make mistakes with my tone.
for example i just asked the guy at the tea shop (in Tamil) "is this strong tea?" when he gave it to me. technically, it shouldn't sound like I'm angry or anything (and I'm not) but in the way Tamil is spoken, this basically translates to "is this even strong tea, you idiot?" and that was really not what i intended to say!
wow. after a few days of figuring out how to use that new serif font (i.e. Bitter) on the website/blog, i found a sans-serif font built into my android phone that looks stupid cool and I'm now getting that itch to switch again :blobfoxfacepalm:
Me: Okay, brain, come on, I know you've got a block but you have to do this.
Brain:
Me: Look, what do you need?
Brain: you know what works.
Me: No I don'âwait, you don't mean.
Brain:
Me: I'm getting too old for this
Brain:
Me: I'm trying so hard to keep weight off.
Brain:
Me:
Brain: Look do you want this done or not?
Me: OKAY FINE I'LL GO FIND SOMETHING WITH FROSTING, HAPPY?!?!?
Brain: Alright, let's get to this . . .
𧔠for words my ADHD brain suddenly remembers completely out of context:
Mohorovicic discontinuity
Whenever I concern myself with #PersonalKnowledgeManagement (#PKM) it depresses me. There are so many great methods and ideas out there, but they all create too much overhead and in the end I do nothing.
