i am not only studying crim/psy but i also have lived experience of half a century living with narcissists and ppl with serious mental health conditions including my self.

ppl with #ClusterB pd's are criminalised to fuck in this world, it's not helping anyone. i am not saying frump should be let off the hook bc he's mentally ill, i am advocating for him to be sectioned & treated with care.

him & the rest of the world elite need sectioning, serious mental health assessment, de-radicalisation & appropriate treatment in very strict & guarded conditions outside society. but with love.

Special ed kids are a easy target for both classmates AND teachers too pick on. Not one teacher could handle me, they treated me more like a caged animal then a child, and this is the experience of many autistic people who have trouble fitting in.

There was a now removed article called "borderline-personality-disorder-bpd-a-fake-disease-they-made-up-to-punish-victims" about how people with bpd is as much of a diagnoses as it is a silencing. Your words stop mattering too normies when your "crazy", and im unable too hide it my super autistic over emotional personality when im online, so i have a LOT, LOT of first person experience being treated like im subhuman becouse of armchair psychologists guessing my disability correctly or viewing all of my behavior through the lense of "crazy"...

Clinician perspective request: patient data point, not a treatment proposal.

I have a BPD diagnosis and experienced sustained improvement in interpersonal reactivity and baseline emotional stability after starting low-dose buprenorphine. Once I reached an effective dose, I did not experience ongoing side effects. I continued therapy and skills-based work.

The most clinically meaningful change was not symptom relief alone, but my ability to remain engaged in medical care. Prior to stabilization, I struggled to maintain long-term relationships with providers, and care often broke down around trust and collaboration.

After stabilization, care became collaborative rather than adversarial. That made sustained workup possible and ultimately led to diagnosis of significant physical illness that had gone unrecognized.

I’m sharing this as a patient-observed signal that appears related to nervous-system regulation rather than insight alone, and that may be clinically relevant in a field with limited effective pharmacologic options.
