It's #interesting #observing my #child #learning and #trying to #comprehend while we #homeschool #math (for instance). She can have the #answer #right #infront of her, all the #tools showing her the answer - but because she doesn't #know what she's looking at or how to #approach it she can't see the answer or how to get to it. She puts #energy and #emotion into #frustrating herself, getting upset, instead of focusing on what is infront of her that holds the #key.
I thought this was an interesting #metaphor for what a lot of #humans still tend to do as #adults when faced with things they do not comprehend or can not #find the answer they #seek.

Think of someone yelling: "Do you understand me? It's about control.
To work to #Comprehend allows #Comprehension which is #Fluid and allows for #Clarity and clearer comprehension when needed.
If you are open to comprehension you are free from a mind full of understanding.
We still need to be aware of having #discernment and living the #truth of our own experiences, not others. By allowing #space to talk about and explore those experiences this helps one #process and #comprehend their own experience more deeply. I think this helps open up our #ability to recognize what we #sense but may have been shrugging off as the effects of possible thoughts, #emotions or just #feeling #crazy.
Your #Experience of #Life is vastly different when you #Comprehend you may have a #Body and #Emotions even a #Sense of #Identity but you are not those things - You are that which currently has a degree of hold on them.
#Free your #Self (which is a #Projection ) from the #Subjugation of your #Self
