Finally got round to taking some pics of these legwarmers I knitted.

I didn't plan for them to work 3 ways but it's turned out pretty nicely! They're comfy and cheerful, not normally my colours but will look brilliant with an all black outfit!

Feeling pretty pleased with this! I made this for my vape stuff years ago, before I quit. It's been kicking about for ages and I finally realised if I sewed a couple more slots it would make a great holder for double pointed needles and a few knitting notions!

On a wooden floor is a pouch for double pointed needles I made. It is made from a thick teal fabric (although in the photo it came out way more blue/turquoise), with red stitching that creates several slots for the needles to sit in, with an extra wide slot for stitch markers, holders etc.

Started a #MusselburghHat for myself after making one for my wife for Xmas. Miles of stocking stitch in the round, so freaking meditative!

That's a great suggestion! and I happen to live in the Cowichan Valley.

Another pattern design is in the works. I clearly have an obsession with all-over mosaic shawls. Sorry, not sorry.

Two-color mosaic shawls are one of the best uses of those rando single skeins you have no idea what to do with.

Yarn is Quince & Co Finch in Crow and The Farmer’s Daughter Fibers Rocky Mountain Purls in Queen Anne’s Lace.

Now to figure out what to do with the rest of this weaving wool from my inherited stash… like the blue and brown, I’ve just finished, it’s not for garments but rather upholstery. It will probably be more cushion covers but in a different pattern this time …maybe some kind of randomised check/tartan.. 🧐

1.6 m x 55 cm off the loom with only a little bit off surplus yarn left on the shuttles (maybe for som band weaving). Took only two nights to weave 💪.
Sturdy pure wool fabric destined for cushion covers …maybe for sale, maybe just for us.
But first I need to soak the fabric (after I’ve gotten the cat off of it 😂)

I'm so happy about this armful of homespun 😊 I spun the singles on my spinning wheel, and then I did a 3-ply on my drop spindle so I'd get bigger skeins. I think I've met the weight for Alafosslopi, so hopefully I'll be casting on the Night horse pattern by Linka Neumann in a couple of days 😄
