It’s tight, it’s bright, it’s peppy. and I just can’t find a reason *not* to like this #IndiePop treat - sweet but with some kick.
#Mamalarky is such a product of the times; folks familiar with US politics (not hash tagged so as not to be excluded by folks who don't want political discussion) will recognize in the band’s name what HAS TO BE a reference to the administration that gave us a brief respite from this dystopia - confirmation that these are decent humans here - and the album “Pocket Fantasy” was born from the #pandemic after the band members moved in together to form their pod.
