Wow, the local red-tailed hawk has been so Vocal the past 2 days. And, while cycling this afternoon, there were no fewer than a dozen hawks circling and calling. Moving prep??? #Hawks #birds #NotABirder

The cardinals coming to our feeder are all molting. The females remain on the ground and are the color of the sparrows. The males are showing some blue color under the back of the wings - very surprised by this. All look ragged and frazzled as if they just pulled an all-nighter. #birds #molting #cardinals #NotABirder

200 seconds of plank
11 minutes of yoga for runners
20 minutes of strength training
20 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
26 KM of #Cycling (-1°C, -5°C Windchill, 61% humidity, and 13 km/hr wind)

The strength and HIIT workouts felt hard today.

It was a chilly ride (especially on #TeamShorts), and I got to see something amazing - a young squirrel get caught by a raptor of some sort (#NotABirder) and taken away. Will have to see if the bike camera caught it.
