The first three adventure games made in Japan were Omotesando Adventure (April 1982), Mystery House (June 1982) and Mystery House II (September 1982).
Diamond Adventure is from November, and turns out to be a curious combination of Omotesando and Mystery House.

Senbeisan" .Dopo un po' di lavoro sul software per poterlo caricare da cassetta sono riuscito ad eseguirlo sul mio #sharpx1 cz-801c.La cosa non è stata semplicissima in quanto il loader che definisce i caratteri è in Basic e immette in memoria tramite POKE il caricamento unicamente da disco. Non resta che preparare la quarta puntata !
Another dead CRT for the project pile. This one is a CZ-850DE. It was meant to go with my Sharp X1 turbo, and features composite, digital RGB, and RF. It might support more than that, too, but I can't find a manual.
Right now it powers up (and degausses) but doesn't seem to draw a raster or respond to buttons. Probably shorted standby rail holding down the microcontroller, like with the PC-TV151. #retrocomputing #crt #sharpx1

It didn’t have BASIC in ROM, so it had to be loaded from #tape or #floppy. Sharp called it “clean computer”. So all the 64Kb was available for programs when not using BASIC. The monitor could be used as a TV (the whole thing was made by Sharp’s TV division). It could overlay graphics and text and all TV functions could be controlled from a program. #SharpX1

Remember Joust, the game where you flew using a "flap" button? Well, there were tons of Joust clones but hardly any scrolling or flip-screen Joust action games. _Cloud Kingdom_ is one of those rare ones. Anyone know of others? Like ... any that were actually good? This one looks sluggish, due to the platform's limitations.
