I did not feel like getting up early for a #longrun today, mainly because I stayed up late (again!), so instead I went for a shorter #trailrun in the local woods.

The air was still cool, since it was still late morning, and not very many people - they mostly come out after lunch.

Now I can be lazy and eat whatever I want the rest of the day. :skype_devil: 🍽️ 🍰

Great and memorable #run today. First, at the edge of the forest, I found my very first lemonade stand, manned by three local four year olds. I thought it was more of an American thing. Of course I bought a glass - I was 2km into a #trailrun on the hottest day of the week, and any extra water or calories were good - and it was delicious. :)

At castle #Pajštún, I met two gentlemen from Egypt, and surprised them by talking in #Arabic. Their faces immediately lit up. :)
