Scarlet Floret from White2Tea is a Fujian black tea, and a pretty classic example of the style of black tea made in Fujian at that. High scent, like plum or cherry blossom, low astringency, little bitterness.

The teapot, sugar, and creamer are powder blue, and one mug holds a bouquet of pink roses. i felt like posting about the four sorts of tea that currently make up the heart of my tea collection. i have much more than these, but i like these most and i drink them regularly.

First is Darjeeling "Steinthal". Darjeeling has to be my favourite black tea. It tastes very nice and is of high quality.

Aren't limes lovely? Such pretty colors, the enchanting fragrance, and that perfect balance of tart, bitter, pungent, & sweet flavors. My favorite is the Kalamansi. When I lived in SoCal, among my citrus trees were a Mexican lime & a Kalamansi lime. So good!
