Alright I gave up. There wasn't a good css parser in rust that would fit my needs. They are either toys, tightly integrated with existing projects, have dependency hell, or would require you to write your own parser anyways.

When used correctly, #OLED has a lot of the advantages of #eInk, and none of the disadvantages.

You just have to be very careful to light up as few pixels as necessary (very strict dark mode).
