As an aside, it seems the UK Labour government is still trying to cut support to those who need it (per morning interview with Pat MacFadden). They're just squirming to find 'palatable' ways to achieve cuts.
All part of achieving an environment that demonises the vulnerable.
(And yes, I know that doesn't include all autistic people, it's just I have a family member who will probably never be in employment.)
The membership of the Equalities and Human Rights Commission needs a thorough overhaul; 14 years of Tory misrule has packed it with bigots.
