Stark mit Gimp bearbeitetes Foto eines halbverrotteten Bauzauns in der Ruine des Ihmezentrums in Hannover-Linden. Am Zaun -- neben Plakaten und Graffiti -- noch ein längst obsoletes Wegweiserschild aus Zeiten, in denen die Stadt Hannover noch Räumlichkeiten im Ihmezentrum gemietet hatte, um den Betrüger, Hochstapler und Bankrotteur Lars Windhorst mit wehrlosem Steuergeld zu pampern. Direkt unter dem Wegweiser ein korrodierter Hydrant aus dem Auslieferungszustand der brutalistischen Betonburg.

Die Hydranten in Reykjavik sind oft farbenfroh und stechen im Straßenbild hervor. Sie wirken fast wie kleine Kunstwerke, die zufällig am Straßenrand stehen. Ein schönes Beispiel dafür, wie selbst Alltägliches hier eine besondere Note bekommt.
