In plaats van met één geïntegreerde transformatie eindigt de organisatie met allerlei gefragmenteerde projecten, extra complexiteit en technische schuld. Gartner voorspelde niet voor niets dat tegen 2024 de helft van alle finance-gerelateerde AI-initiatieven zou vertragen of zelfs stopgezet zou worden vanwege opschalingsproblemen. En dat zien we in 2025 inderdaad gebeuren.
