How to use multitrack video recording in OBS.
Step 1. In the OBS settings, switch to "Advanced Output" mode to access the multitrack recording settings.
Step 2. Choose a recording format like MKV, which supports multiple tracks. You can easily converted to MP4 later.
Step 3. Assign each audio and video source in your scene to a specific track within OBS.
Step 4. Start recording, and OBS will create separate tracks for each assigned source.
OBS Studio 31.1 extends multitrack video support to macOS and Linux, previously a Windows-exclusive feature.
OBS 31.1 was released. This new version of the popular open source software for video recording and live streaming comes with some new features for Linux users like multitrack video.

Checking the prizes of mk1 Digitakt and Digitone, it seems that now is the best time for getting #Elektron #groovebox pre-owned. Because mk2 has been released, its possible to get both the of these #instruments for the less than either of the mk2-s separately. And they still are supported by the Overbridge plugin that brings #multitrack #audio directly into the DAW via the USB cable. The way these instruments are built, these would probably last a long time.

The other #Elektron #synth box that will probably last me a lifetime is the #Analog #Keys. Both in terms of the #build #quality but also in terms of #programming and #performing. After years of usage I'm only scratching the surface of what is possible. I wish Elektron would improve the #Overbridge support so I could #multitrack it to Reaper live but even with the limited support it shines.
Enhanced broadcasting with Multiple Encodes is a new set of new features that are built directly into OBS Studio 30.2 and the Twitch video system for this beta. The current Twitch-specific beta build includes support for multiple client-side encodes (similar to transcodes) and automatic stream configuration.
Currently, this requires Windows and an NVIDIA GPU. Support for other platforms and GPU vendors is planned.
