Suspicious. Workers at #Volkswagen in #Chattanooga, US, tried to unionise in 2019 and 2014 at this site, and failed. Now in 2024, the very same workers vote on unionisation and 80% are for it.
So far so good. Congrats.

But what I actually think happened was this: before 2024, sinister groups in the US sabotaged unionisation by injecting such campaigns with lies. As per usual.

But these obnoxious criminals staid away from this year's voting. And that's why 30% of, presumably, the very same workers who voted against in 2019 (and 2014), this time round voted in favour.

Why would they stay away tho? My inkling is that they are betting on VW becoming uncompetitive due to rising cost in the work force. After all, that's what MAGA is all about, isn't it, driving foreigners out.
