I'm not really happy with it, especially the lighting / shadow are a mess.

I have to say I'm not a big fan of #CellShading in anime. Most of the time it looks cheap. But you gotta hand it to Beastars here... they really nailed the antropomorphic horse character. How does putting a horse's head onto a human torso end up working so well?
