Looks to me like a plain insult to anyone who has a decent mind.
Actually that probably was made by this @ bitPick guy. He once won an IT competiton using a joke of mine at @unikassel, he even got an internship contract, can you believe that?
Than he made them invest in #mindManager, crashed the entire IT #GNUlinux setup of #FB11 for a whole weekend .. only to use now #FOSS and #freePlane to do his show off.

After testing many GNU/Linux distributions, I found that most come with a pre-installed Thai font, except Puppy Linux, which is understandable since it’s a specialized distro. Another case where Thai fonts may be missing is when installing highly customizable distros like Debian or Arch. Unfortunately, these specialized and highly customizable distributions are very attractive to new users.

Un #ViernesDeEscritorio a puro deb. En mi AMD/Ryzen 5 usando #Ubuntu 25.04 y en mi Intel i3 #KDENeon. De momento bastante contento con el rendimiento de ambas distribuciones.

Hoy estuve usando Joe editor, es lo que uso para escribir, por alguna razón me siento comodo trabajando con el terminal en edición de texto, solo uso el procesador de texto para hacer la maquetación del texto.

Hoy quiero compartir con vosotres cómo tengo personalizado mi escritorio en mi Debian. Este es mi aporte

Mi equipo es HP Compaq Elite 8300 SFF con un procesador Intel Core i7-3770 (8 hilos) a 3.90 GHz y una gráfica Intel HD Graphics 4000 (IvyBridge GT2), con 16GB DDR3

El fondo de pantalla es un cielo azul con nubes, relajante y limpio (la foto la hice yo, así que espero que os guste porque es la sorpresa que tenía preparada) :ablobcatheartsqueeze:

También tengo las extensiones Dash to Dock y Desktop Icons NG (DING)

Quería un entorno ligero, funcional y bonito, sin dejar de ser Debian puro. Me gusta cómo GNOME se siente moderno, y con el tema Yaru le doy un toque más colorido y amigable. A pesar de ser un pc con algunos años, Debian 12 va estupendamente con esta configuración. Todo funciona divino y estable.

Excluding fonts-noto-extra from the base system sacrifices support for 39 writing systems just to save less than 400 MiB. It feels unreasonable for a general-purpose distro.

Admittedly, forcing all users to install ~400 MiB of fonts they may never use could be seen as unfair. However, at the very least, GNU/Linux communities that rely on these writing systems should actively support and promote distros that include fonts-noto-extra by default.
