With all the distros of Linux and versions of Godot and my knowing little about either, i've a curious situation & wouldn't know who to turn to for help. So initially I'm here on Masto. 🤗
Suddenly every time I load any version of Godot 4 it crashes upon starting new project. I say 'suddenly' but it could be since Mint updates. Its the Debian 12 version of Mint. Might anyone be experiencing similar?

Die #ifupdown Konfiguration (siehe 3.1.2) wirft einen Fehler. Anbei ein Screenshot aus dem Tutorial (Config /etc/network/interfaces), meine Netzwerkinterfaces (ip addr), meine Config von /etc/network/interfaces, sowie der Fehlermeldung journalctl -xeu networking.service

Kann mir jemand helfen? 🙏

Oficialmente, es la PC más vieja que ha pasado por mis manos y donde he podido echar a andar #debian12 y dejarla totalmente funcional. Además, bueno, tuve que compilar un driver para una TP-LINK WN283N con ese procesador de 1 nucleo a 2.2ghz (se tardó 1 hora todo el proceso jaja) y el pantallazo como tal es desde una terminal remota ejecutando ssh.

Vamos con el cliché del fediverso.

Instalando Debian 12 en un netbook de 2009 que ha costado 16€.

Raspberry Pi OS gets a new update

Raspberry Pi is a small single-board computer originated in the United Kingdom that features a very cost-effective computing platform while maintaining high performance with the help of the powerful ARM64 processor. It runs a special version of Debian optimized for such computers, called Raspberry Pi OS, to take full advantage of its features.

Recently, Raspberry Pi has released a new version of their own operating system that is still based on the Debian 12 Bookworm released on June 10th, 2023. It is hinted that this new version of Raspberry Pi OS is going to be most likely the last version that uses said version of Debian before moving on to Debian 13 Trixie when the official release commences.

According to their official newsroom, they said that there have been some changes made to the OS since November of the last year.

• The swaylock lock screen application has been modified to add more feedback to the user instead of just a white screen.
• The automatic login option has been split into two: desktop and console. This is done to improve security of your Raspberry Pi.
• The new printer config application has been introduced to make managing printers simpler and more intuitive.
• The mouse emulation settings can now be accessed when managing touch screens to make it easier to use it.
• The Linux kernel has been upgraded to 6.12 to add new features and to incorporate many improvements.

Many changes have also been done to improve the performance of your Raspberry Pi to save time when working on your project, such as when working on your new application written in Python or C#.

Mi equipo es HP Compaq Elite 8300 SFF con un procesador Intel Core i7-3770 (8 hilos) a 3.90 GHz y una gráfica Intel HD Graphics 4000 (IvyBridge GT2), con 16GB DDR3

El fondo de pantalla es un cielo azul con nubes, relajante y limpio (la foto la hice yo, así que espero que os guste porque es la sorpresa que tenía preparada) :ablobcatheartsqueeze:

También tengo las extensiones Dash to Dock y Desktop Icons NG (DING)

Quería un entorno ligero, funcional y bonito, sin dejar de ser Debian puro. Me gusta cómo GNOME se siente moderno, y con el tema Yaru le doy un toque más colorido y amigable. A pesar de ser un pc con algunos años, Debian 12 va estupendamente con esta configuración. Todo funciona divino y estable.

FYI; This is #Debian12 with #Nvidia drivers, and this isn't a failing GPU because every other app renders its window fine, and I can drag this around the screen and the pattern remains constant within the window.
