A heavily #moderated “Trendy Toots” like bot that reposts or copies the most trending TRUTH SOCIAL posts for the sole, MODERATED purpose of replying and breaking down their dumb-shit “arguments” (as in yelling at cloud, not nuanced research) in a safe space.
Many of us have different thoughts on whatever stupid bullshit the far-right thinks up today, and gathering them sounds inspiring.

Is my understating on these two terms correct?
Well moderated means that an instance has an active set of moderators that check against a set of rules to curate content that comes out of that instance.
Well federated means that the instance tries to set rules that will maximize the number of instances that can cross content with.
Therefore you can have an instance that has extremely strict rules that is heavily moderated. While those rules are good for that instance, those rules also cause that instance to not be well federated due to the incompatibility of routine rule breaking content coming from other instances with fewer rules.
Alternatively, an instance can have no rules an no moderation, but also be poorly federated due to most instances blocking the egregious content coming from that instance.
Am I in the ballpark?
