Has anyone with a KitchenAid stand mixer tried out the "Pastry Beater" head? (picture attached!) I'm interested in it because I always make pie crusts with the regular flat beater (after cutting butter into ~.5"/side cubes) but it still tends to leave large blobs of butter in the crust. I wonder if this would actually be any better, but I'm having a hard time trusting any long form reviews I find online.
Specifically I'm interested in whether it is *a significant improvement on the flat beater*, not whether it is fine on its own. I can tell it's fine on its own, but if it works about as well as the flat beater, there's no point in me buying it.
