@AutisticInnovator yeah, that's a #RipOff!

  • Would've propably been cheaper to pitch one's products to some YouTube channels with some perpetual discount codes / affiliate program in the rear...

🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨
Eneba and G2A took my money and never sent the PayPal code I paid for.
No code, no refund, and no real support response.
Their system is broken, their customer service is trash, and they clearly don’t care about users.
Avoid these shady platforms at all costs!

Yay to private train companies blatantly trying to rip, people in a rush to get to pintage, off!
Wanted an extra £5 for a £13.40 journey.

**Hel! Fuck! & No!** (imagine these three/four words in bold all caps, possibly flashing neon)

So, now I'm having an extra long wait for the next train to meet & relax with a friend, a greasy spoon breakfast & some pints.
I'll be late but the pub & the 'spoon'll still be there. My friend probably too, so… chill mode engaged …

Tesla rips off Canadian government, then threatens to sue. "The four Tesla dealerships filed more than 8,600 rebate claims, which, according to Transport Canada's website, must be filed before the vehicle is delivered to the customer. This means those dealerships would have had to sell two cars per minute, 24hours a day, all weekend."

Absolutely NOT "Knight Rider!" In NO way is this that!
What it is, is available on YouTube and Tubi, and it looks spectacular!
Here is a taste...

Using to create a Ghibli-style art of yourself, while extremely harmless, is an absolute disservice to Hayao Miyazaki, the founder of Studio Ghibli.

Phone companies in general are pretty famous for charging extra for absolutely anything they can get away with. It was worse forty years ago, when many things people today assume are an essential part of the basic service were optional add-ons.

Monopolies didn't help, either. For example, I had a girlfriend who lived *just* outside of my local calling area, in a town about 65 kilometers / 40 miles away. It was in the same province, so the phone company had a monopoly on calls from her to me, or me to her. If I waited until after midnight, the rates were 60% off, so it would only cost me about $0.32 *per minute* to call her. During the day, it was $0.78 per minute.

This was at a time when the minimum wage was $4.25 per hour. So working for an hour meant I could call her for five minutes during the day - without accounting for income tax eating some of it.

In comparison, they didn't have a monopoly on calls to or from places outside the province. So I could call L.A., thousands of kilometers away, for about $0.25 per minute during the day.

Once again I am reminded what a monumental ripoff uk service station food is. £4.99 for a soggy looking chicken wrap. It’s not like it’s difficult and expensive to get the stuff here - it’s on the fucking M1. #motorway #serviceStation #RipOff

@serpicojam What a bunch of crap. My eggs are up about $2/dozen or about 17 cents per egg. None of these places buy eggs a dozen at a time, so their increased cost per egg is probably less than 1 cent.

What a rip off. I live in a town where a job at McDonald's is one of the top paying jobs. Most people make less than $10/hr.

The gym that just opened is charging $50/month just to use the weights and treadmill, not even the showers or sauna
