104GB vrijgemaakt op mijn harde schijf en de build zo rond 10:00 uur opnieuw gestart en na bijna een kwartier zitten we nu op 89GB free space. Spannend, hoor.

Het idee is dat deze nieuwe build sneller gaat, omdat hij nu parallel buildt en alle succesvol gebuilde onderdelen niet meer opnieuw buildt.

Maar ja. dan kun je daarna, na een half etmaal, wel zeggen dat je maarliefst een dummy testproject hebt kunnen builden. :awesome:

I wonder what's next for the studio. I believe it will close before the end of the year. They lost the momentum, the marketing, more than half the people, and the sales are not going to be better.

They promise "less frequent updates". The writing is on the wall.

Fijn. Thuis de code van #UnrealEngine5 gedownload. Die heb je nodig om die uit te breiden met je eigen code. Ik hoefde na het downloaden alleen nog maar GenerateProjectFiles.bat uit te voeren, dacht ik. Blijkbaar bestaat er ook nog een setup.bat die als prerequisite dient voor GenerateProjectFiles.bat en nog eens 26GB wil downloaden. Mijn mobiele-internetabonnement is nog niet zover dat dat hier ook vanuit de kroeg zomaar kan. Hmmmm...🤔
