7-Uhr-Morgenlauf heute fast wie gestern, nur weniger orange. Müdigkeit hat mich aus dem Tritt gebracht, und seltsamerweise werde ich zum Ende der Woche schneller, was mich dann komplett darniederlegt.

Getroffen: zwei Fahrräder und ein lautes Uff, gefolgt von einem Monsterworkout für noch mehr Uff. Durch für diese Woche, im sehr doppelten Sinn.

Things are starting to get serious 🏃‍♀️. My next session will be the last within this program and I will run for 30' straight. After that it's another 6 weeks to get to 45' of running non-stop. I'm thinking to sign-up for 10k this year, but my pace is not yet fast. Still wondering if I should or not.
