Well, my whole body aches today from all the skiing yesterday. Wake up call for me! Get off my ass more often! Taking a break today, but in a few days I will take the 15 year old over to the CCC trail and I can snowshoe while they ski.

When I was their age I was out all winter skiing. Downhill, cross country- I should not have stopped.

My body is aching after yesterday's exercise, especially my creaky knees. I've been very cautious when walking around today. Also despite glorious weather all day, tonight we suddenly had some serious rain and lightning, so I whacked that in too.

Today I feel tired and achy for no apparent reason

Today everything aches and I’m feeling lethargic. I didn’t even do anything to deserve this one. I went to bed at a reasonable hour. I got a full night’s sleep. And yet…
