خليط الثوم المعمر بالزيت حطيته في التلاجه في مكان ساقع قريب من الفريزر وحطيت كمان بقايا الثوم المعمر اللي عليه المايه اللي مسحت بيها الكبه :)

وبعد كام ساعة عملت خليط النشا بالميه المعتاد ولما بردت حطيته على خليط الزيت وكان ثقيل اوي عشان النشا كانت كثير :)

وبعدين كنت مطلع بيضة واحدة وسط بره الثلاجة ساعتين مثلا
وضربت كل اللي فات بالهاند بلندر وطلعت ثقييييل فخخفت بخليط المايه وبقايا الثوم

وحطيت خل وملح مهم جدا
وكنت زودت خل شوية كمان مش كثير

الطعم مايونيز بس فيه مرار ليه معرفش فيه حاجة ناقصه بس مافيش زفارة خالص مع ان البيض دايما بيعملي مشكلة في الزفارة يمكن عشان الثوم والخل

وبعدين وانا بقلب الحاجة مع بعض اتعمل بسرعة كده ويااه جميل وشكله حلو وماطلعش عيني زي عادته
اظن السبب انه اتحط في الثلاجه انا ماحطتش ثلج
بس الخليط كان محطوط في ابرد مكان في الثلاجه
واحنا في نوفمبر فقشطة الدنيا تمام

واظن الثلج اتحط في فيديو ثاني عشان الخلاط مع سرعته ممكن يسخن الحاجة مثلا ؟؟

Are your chives blooming?

I thought we'd missed them this year, as they flowered and finished before I could pick any for this application.

But now they've done another round of flowering, so we pounced to get some into vinegar for a nice result.

The colour fades over time, but it's a nice flavour for your vinaigrettes etc. Our last bottle lasted a few years.
