The surface finish is crap, and the filler sprue is blocked. This meant that the wax had to form a void somewhere as it cooled/contracted. The small hole near the centre of the cast is a void, and after some fiddly mass/density calculations, I reckon that the void might be almost 10% of the total volume. Impossible to tell without cutting it open, though

a white plastic part mould (oddly shaped: like a pyramid, but with the corners snipped off). It is held together by black silicone hair bands plus some backup green tape. The top of the mould has deep blue/indigo wax filling the top, and a trickle of it has run down the front of the mould.

Next to the mould is a glass yogourt pot that was used to melt the wax. What was clear glass on it has a thin layer of dark blue wax

Several twisted and brown dry araucaria leaves (they look like spiky twigs) are attached to a tilted brown wax cube, which rests on top of a white plasticine cube of the same size (this was temporary). All of it is on a wooden table with some dirty metal tools, drops and pieces of wax.
The leaves extend from a diagonal plane of the cube, starting close together and getting more separated at the end, describing sinuous shapes.
