Pocket Casts desktop/browser app sucks. The app on the iPhone and Android phones are great and have tons of feature, the web/browser app is majorly lacking feature parity.
It sucks because sometimes I prefer listen on the computer vs. the phone.
I really like where @truefans@truefans.social is going with their app/web experience. The feature parity is there.
I do find myself trying different podcasts apps all the time.
My go-to apps are TrueFans.fm and Pocket Casts.
