My boss asked me if I would take the lead on a project, help write a presentation proposal for it, & co-present it at a conference. Last week, the CTO told the President about the project. This morning, our proposal was just accepted.
My boss poked his head into my door and said, "Well, now we have to make it work". Thanks. No pressure.

The question is -- when they need a course made, are they gonna call us or this thing?
A reminder that we must teach our internal stakeholders what we're doing, why we're doing it, and communicating the value we add to the process, lest we become John Henry, pitted against the steam drill.
