I was actually trying to get a good photo of the bubbles in the glass (I did not succeed). Instead though, got this fun refracted image of cyclists going by! Almost like actual beer goggles. 😂✨

$This photo is of the distorted reflection/refraction of a street in Bologna - through a large glass mug filled with a light-coloured beer. The reflection includes people cycling, and an arched building facade which are bent and warped by the glass and liquid inside. There is some slight bubbling and foam towards the top of the glass above the cyclists. Outside of the glass is not very in focus but you can make out that it is sitting on a black table and there are yellow and dark red buildings behind it.$

One part of the image is centred and the other is shifted by an optical component which deviates light by refraction (change of direction in light propagation as it goes from one medium to another).

One-third of a cloverleaf is perpendicular to the morning sun. It is dotted with tiny dewdrops. Countless drops at the leaf's edge show point reflections. The background consists of dew covered blades of grass and the other two thirds of the cloverleaf, which are almost perpendicular to the first third. Individual blades of grass cast beautiful shadows on the cleaf. In the foreground is a blurry blade of grass with a ditto drop hanging from the tip.

Simple pleasures, focusing on a small phenomenon. I've got a glass of red wine outdoors in low angle sunlight.
Assuming it's a prism effect, I still can't explain the different red and white shapes to myself. Do I need professional help?

The deep black ridge and greenish-black surface of a black piece of glass are visible in the supposedly inner sphere. The outer sphere has undergone a point reflection, reflecting incoming light rays to create the illusion of a second sphere. This, in turn, undergoes a point reflection, so this image is perspectively correct. In addition, it is enlarged.

A large wet rhododendron bush with pink umbels in all stages of bloom, including many shades of pink from dark pink to pale pink, dominates the photo. A meadow and bushes can be seen on the right side of the image. A large birdbath stands in the meadow, and a large piece of pottery serves as a bridge for insects that accidentally wander into the depths and aren't good swimmers.

$The dark side of a reflector doing its job. The transparent reflector was placed on a glass cylinder without bases and photographed from below against the sky. The sun's rays are almost completely reflected and partially refracted, causing some parts of the reflector to appear colorful. The cylinder also refracts some light.$
