"The standing army is the arm of the government and trained to protect and defend the system, not the people. The government uses the people, though the army are of the people. The government creates laws designed to defend and protect the government from the people and the police departments are established to enforce the laws, again using some of the people whom they first alienate by indoctrination from the other people in order to put a division into the system. The exploited people are required to pay enormous taxes to pay the costs of these institutions, the government, the standing army and the sitting police departments."

"MIT carried out screening of preschool children on the western portion of the Navajo Nation in #Shonto, #TubaCity and #MonumentValley, a disturbing fact coming after the release of the Epstein Files.

"Further, an unverified email claims that a Navajo held the key to all of Epstein's vaults. Those vaults contained the photos and videos of the sexual abuse of children were reportedly used to blackmail the leaders of the world as a method of control.

It’s hard to overstate how incredibly reckless and destabilizing an idea this is: it’s bad enough knowing that there are thousands of weapons half a world away that can reach targets in under an hour, not imagine those same weapons constantly orbiting over your head, with time to target reduced to mere minutes.

Not to mention the risk of accidents or questions like how to de-orbit them, or the possibility of nuclear space junk (not so) randomly landing around the world, or what happens in the event of a Kessler cascade.

The no-bid deal for arms internationally banned for high civilian death tolls is the biggest purchase from Israel in available government records.

"The Department of Defense has quietly signed a $210 million deal to buy advanced cluster shells from one of Israel’s state-owned arms companies, marking unusually large new commitments to a class of weapons and an Israeli defense establishment both widely condemned for their indiscriminate killing of #civilians.

"The deal, signed in September and not previously reported, is the department’s largest contract to purchase weapons from an Israeli company in available records, according to an online federal database that covers the last 18 years. In a reversal of the more commonly seen direction for weapons transfers between the countries — in which the U.S. sends its weapons to Israel — the U.S. will pay the Israeli weapons firm Tomer over a period of three years to produce a new 155mm munition. The shells are designed to replace decades-old and often defective cluster shells that left live explosives scattered across #Vietnam, #Laos, #Iraq, and other nations.

"The terror of cluster weapons persists long after the guns that fired them have quieted, as civilians return to fields, forests, and settlements laced with bomblets that can explode years later without warning."

Britain's High Court says government acted illegally in outlawing #protest group #PalestineAction

LONDON (AP) — "Britain’s High Court ruled Friday that the government’s decision to outlaw the protest group Palestine Action as a terrorist organization was unlawful, but it kept the ban in place pending another hearing while the government prepares an appeal.

"Judges Victoria Sharp, Jonathan Swift and Karen Steyn said 'the nature and scale of Palestine Action’s activities' did not meet the 'level, scale and persistence' that would justify proscription.

"The judges said they were 'satisfied that the decision to proscribe Palestine Action was disproportionate.'

"The government banned Palestine Action after activists broke into a Royal Air Force base in June to protest British military support for Israel’s military offensive against Hamas in #Gaza, which killed tens of thousands of #Palestinians.

"The government declared the pro-Palestinian direct-action group a terrorist organization alongside the likes of al-Qaida and Hamas, making membership in or support for Palestine Action a crime punishable by up to 14 years in prison. Since then, more than 2,700 people have been arrested at protests for holding signs saying 'I support Palestine Action.' Almost 700 have been charged under the Terrorism Act, although no one has yet been convicted.' "

According to U.N. data, only 36 Palestinians in need of medical treatment were allowed to leave Gaza during the first four days of the crossing’s reopening. Palestinians permitted to reenter Gaza have also reported abuse and hours long #interrogations. This comes amid growing skepticism over the implementation of the second phase of the #Trump-brokered ceasefire, which #Israel has repeatedly violated with near-daily attacks across Gaza since the truce took effect in October.

" 'No one inside Gaza is calling this a ceasefire,' says #ArwaDamon, former CNN correspondent and the founder of #INARA, a nonprofit organization that supports children impacted by war. "Seven years later, in 2023, Csere fled Fruit Haven, chased by allegations that he took others’ money with him. Csere has since broken ground on a controversial new #WhitesOnly development in the #Arkansas #Ozarks branded Return to the Land, currently occupied by a few dozen followers. He and partner #EricOrwoll, a California native and amateur #pornographer, purchased 160 acres of raw property in rural Sharp County to construct their prototype #WhiteNationalist compound. The private membership association last year drew international media attention, public condemnation and great admiration from #Extremist brethren.
