But if you want to know how what is going to happen, you need to make scenarios. Predictive scenarios from before last year tend to be too positive. They tend to be based on averages. On parts of the proposed measures having the desired effect, or even being implemented.
Learning lessons of how politicians and BigMoney have been doing lately, I’m not very hopeful, even scared.
So maybe it’s better to base your expectancies on a Worst Case Scenario.
