is it bad to only eat once a day(for me I just eat breakfast), I have around a 23.5 hour fasting period, but I meet all my nutritional needs(I calculated everything to make sure I do).
I'm not hungry throughout the day, or any more hungry in the morning than someone would usually be. I feel great, I sleep better, my stomach doesn't hurt so much, I don't feel awful when I go to bed or wake up. I feel energized and happy, it makes me less stressed and have more time to be productive or spend on hobbies because I just don't have to stress about it.
there's no stress of what and when I'm going to eat next and how long it would take to cook it, if I have everything I need, if I have the time, if i can handle a non safe food that day, ect.
I personally don't see why that would be concerning, but others around me think it is, and are at times forcing me to eat when I'm not hungry and then I feel awful again.
I meeting all my needs. it just so happens to be in one meal instead of two or three. why is that concerning?? its made me feel SO MUCH better. but is it really that unhealthy??
(not asking if one is better than the other. just asking if it would be unhealthy or just fine to eat one meal a day as opposed to multiple)
(I'm eating healthy by the way, like as healthy as I can. but when they force me to eat its always something packed with empty calories, zero nutrition, and a hell of a lot of saturated fat. like a fucking hostess cupcake or something similar.)
I'm going to ask my doctor about it at my next appointment, but for the time being I thought maybe I'd ask here ¯\_ (ツ) _/¯
like maybe someone else does this? so maybe I won't feel like a freak or something just for eating differently
I'm also not doing this to lose weight, I'm eating what I should to maintain my weight(which I have). maybe that makes it different?
