Seit dem ersten Parteien - #Koalitionsvertrag von 1961 werden die Abgeordneten des deutschen Bundestages (MdB) immer weiter unter "Fraktionszwang" gestellt. Der Vertrag damals hatte 9 Seiten, inzwischen sind es 144! Art. 38 GG ist faktisch außer Kraft gesetzt.
