The State of #Nebraska spent $1.2 million on a web portal to connect children and families with Christian organizations.

On top of that, DHHS is bragging about the "economic impact" of the program. Human service programs shouldn't be measured based on economic benefits to private organizations.

When I come across a new version of something that gets attention in a positive way as if it is a new creation, my mind goes somewhere else.
I think about how everyone looks at mortality and how we come to being and then vanish. This phenomenon of constant recreation adds a sense of immortality that many of us can only dream about achieving.
